Jake has recently worked on our house to remove our old radiators and fitted new cast iron radiators, including a fair bit of pipe work install and adjustment. He was great at setting out options and ideas, advising directly with the radiator manufacturer and generally being on hand to support. Also neat and tidy and an all round pleasant lad.

Jake was punctual and very friendly. He went through brief diagnostics with me over the phone before even accepting the job! explained the steps he expected to take when troubleshooting my issue and successfully located the reason for the blockage where other plumbers had incorrectly ruled it out. Sorted the issue and was clean and tidy throughout. I have used him since for a couple of other bits and is always great.
